Discus and support I can't download apps because the console doesn't recognize I'm signed in. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I select an app to download I'm prompted to sign in.     I can't download apps because the console doesn't recognize I'm signed in.


    When I select an app to download I'm prompted to sign in. After I sign in by selecting my avatar I can't go any further.

    Can't sign in my profile/games not loading

    Same issue here, I can't sign in, kinect doesn't recognize me although when I hold my hand up I get the onscreen hand. Tried to recycle the console and that didn't work, no apps work including tv app.

    Yes, and I am signed into Xbox Live. But I can't download anything, apps, games whatever. It always goes to the screen that says I have to sign in to Xbox Live and when I click on it, I'm already signed in. I can't even download the Netflix app so I could
    use the tv or movie feature . . .

    I have the same issue, tried deleting the app, all the data for it. It doesn't recognize that fact I signed up for the trial. I signed up to the trial via the web site, and not the console.

    I don't think something is corrupted, because everything else is working. It's like i can't access to the folder or the app doesn't recognize the game as mine, associated to my account. And i can't delete them for the same reason...
