I cant download anything HELP!!!

Region locked means your Physical country must match your accounts country

This does not affect all games or dlc blackops is the only one you mentioned that I know of that has that issue

Ms points can only be redeemed in accounts they were purchased in

This is why it is best to buy games and dlc from your actual region there is no guess work

okay.. if i need to create a new account... Which i have for long time"havent used it" it okay ONLY if the 1Year ELITE Membership works for the new account "which it might not do.:"

is Saints Row the third Region Locked too?

and what it mean with Region locked?

if the ELITE thing would work for my new account Sure i coud use my other account that is made for my Real region...

but i would more be happy if the probmel coud be solved...

since i get Mw3 Map packs for free i think dont remember ... -.-

Hey again Preztio. Please make sure your account and physical region match. If they don't, you'll need to create or use a different account with the proper region. Once you have that sorted, try redeeming and purchasing again. Thanks!

uhm... microsoft points just work

all of it worked for 2 weeks ago....

when im ingame and suppose to buy a DLC it just say "there is no download avalaible at this time"..

but when im at marketplace it work but the problem there is if the file is 316kb it just download 286kb..

sorry i cant be more specific... my english suck ....

when i created this account i made it as German region and language... "this is my first account actually.."

second account is from Norway.. "There i come from " Many of my friends got accounts from UK,German.... and they can download DLC's and redeem a code -.-

"On redeem a code error" This code is invalid, please try again" ... No error number

uhm.. Black ops was an Example... it dont shows Downloadable contents on any game i try...

So i cant Buy Microsoft Points.. DLC's. and Redeem a code unless this problem can be solved
