I cant download anything from xbox

Please try to carry out the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

PC reboot

Install gaming service like you would normally

Solution 2:

Go to your windows settings, go to the tab>applications and resources>Search for Gaming Services, click on it, go to advanced options, and tap repair.

No there are no xbox viruses becuase you cant download anything from internet explorer

System Settings - Storage - Hard Drive. Hit the Y Button and choose Format. It will ask you for the Xbox Serial Number. Enter the Serial Number and then confirm the action. Your Serial Number can be found under System Settings - Console Settings - System
Info or on the backside of the xbox.

This will delete all from your hard drive!
