I Cant Download Anything from Xbox live store

Today i opend my xbox 360 to download Sniper Elite V2 Free with Gold and i get "your credit card info could not be retrieved xbox"

and after that i cant download anything. first of all i dont have
credit card i only have a prepaid card
and second i never have that problem before.

What to do please help..

Hello i cant buy anything from xbox live store with my account balance,im getting error "unable to authorize..." without any error code.Im from Russia,can somebody help me?Thanks.

 

And when im trying to download from pc i get this

You can't do it from the PC without a credit card

 

Ok but with xbox whyi cant do it? yestarday was fine

 

as for the pc it wont let me to add a credit card like before

i cant even compare games with my friends

i can play online i have 3 month gold im getting achievments everything is fine except those problems

Its like im Banned But IM NOT whats going on??

I'm having the exact same problem with my account as i don't have a credit card or any other card for that matter I can see this being a problem. I have just updated my account with 12 months live time on Friday and before that it wasn't a problem getting
the free games downloaded. I might speak with live support to see if they know what's wrong and I will come back to you and let you know

Well nothing for me i still cant download a thing for no reason i hope for a fix soon

i cant download with other profiles too so its no something with the profile But what is it?

 

ok its fixed everything is back on normal for me

Microsoft is apparently having server issues probably in response of the attack by Lizard Squad(coward jackasses) so many things wont work for a while and considering i only bought gold to GET SE:v2 im going to be *** if i cant download because of their
server issues
