    I can't download any new puzzles. Not free or bought with puzzle credit coins. What to do?


    It's been like this for most of the year. When you push the button "Download" it looks like the download starts, but it never finishes. I have windows 10 and the downloading worked just fine during last year. Now I can't even download the free puzzles and
    from what I can see on this support site I am far from alone to have this problem.

    Can you please do something about this before christmas??

    jigsaw puzzle downloads and daily puzzles

    My puzzle downloads will not download after ducting my gold coins. The coins are taken and puzzles will not download. Also, the daily challenge puzzles will not download and this has been going on for the last two months. When will this be fixed. I really
    enjoy the puzzles, but am getting tired of my free and downloadable puzzles not downloading.

    Please fix this. Thank you

    Downloading puzzles

    I have tried to purchase puzzles with the coins I earn, but when I select the puzzles it subtracts my coins, but the puzzle won't download. Any suggestions?

    Hey there -

    Can you try to >>uninstall<< the game and re-download it to see if you are
    able to download the puzzles then?

    Hey!

    Thanks for the tip. I'm just afraid that I will lose all puzzle collections I've bought with "game coins" if I do that. Have to think about this a little bit and see if I'm feeling brave in a while... ;-)
