    No option to download games...

    hello, I was just wondering why I can’t download any game on my Xbox one... there’s no option to. It’s just not there.

    Thanks it is a teen account but I can download the xb1 games I just can’t buy any games. Unfourtunately I don’t have a 360 but this helped my confusion thanks : )

    I can’t download any games

    Hi!

    Make sure the console is connected to the internet correctly. If everything works, try clearing the console cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

    To clarify, since you posted in the Backward Compatibility forums, are you having trouble installing Xbox 360 games you own digitally while on your Xbox One console?

    If you're having
    trouble installing games    , what happens when you try? Are you seeing any specific error messages?
