    I don't understand but I can't download Twelve minutes with the Gamepass (PC) I can download any other game from the gamepass but not Twelve minutes So I tried to download it with the Gamepass application with my phone and it works but cannot start it, I have an error "Twelve Minutes is currently not available in your account. Make sure you're signed into the Microsoft Store and try again. Here is the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

    and my friends can download the game but not me

    Yeah, looks like the game is available for France.

    Go to settings>time and language>region and see if the ''France'' region is set for you
