    I can’t download account for backwards compatibility due to connection


    Every time I try to play black ops 1 on my series X it say I don’t have any connection to download my account. I have tried, restarting and resetting the console as well as clearing cache nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

    I have a feeling it could be a server issue. If nothing has changed your end which is unlikely.
