hello,xbox I already download tomb raider:définitive edition,and I uninstall the game cause i was need space to download a other game but now i want to re-install the game but in my ready to install the game is not there and after I go to the store to see
if that was a bug but I need to pay so plz can you give me the game again help me plz I want to play this game again.

May I ask for the console that you're using, is it an Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

Which game are you trying to download?

Which country do you live in?

Which country is your gamertag set to?

If you live in a different country than where you live then that could be the issue. Some content is region locked and cannot be downloaded to any region other than where it was originally intended for.

Once confirmed that you are using the correct account, please follow my recommendations below to delete the cache of your Microsoft store.

Reset the Microsoft Store in Windows 10:

Open Settings by pressing Win + I

Select Apps

Select Apps & features

Find Microsoft Store and select it

Select Advanced options

Scroll down and select Reset

Confirm by selecting Reset again

For Windows 11, you may go to System > System Components > Microsoft Store. Click on the 3 dots and click Advanced options then click on Reset.

Once done, please use the Microsoft Gaming Repair Tool for Xbox App, this tool detects and automatically repairs error found on your system. Please download and install it using this link then run it as administrator.

Hi,

I would personally make sure the game you are trying to download is backwards conpatable you can check here.

Have you tried stoping the installation completely and restarting it? If you have and it is still not working try restarting your router and hard restarting your xbox by holding down the power for 10 seconds and once it shuts down leave it off for 45 seconds
and then power it back on.

The last stage is to be done very carefully to ensure you don’t make any accidents.
Go to settings, console info, reset console, reset console and keep my games & apps.

You will need to go through the whole proccess of having to setup your xbox again but do not be scared. Once this last step is completely
VERY CAREFULLY this should stop this from happening.
