I cant downgrade?!? Like WTF! Microsoft?

So I bought the digital pro edition of cod aw for xbox one because 360 didn't have that bundle and I was expecting to downgrade to 360 and play with other friends. But it say I have to pay again?!? If someone finds a way or if Microsoft would like to help

why cant i change the payment option? i got the same problem like the rest and cant change my payment option so wtf should i do then?

 

Nope. You can only upgrade. You'll have to buy the game again on 360 again.

 

It is up to Microsoft because doesn't Microsoft have to pay Activision for every free upgrade? Then why cant they do the same for people who bought xbox one digital edition?

 

What that tells me is Microsoft Is basically giving 360 players $60 plus another $40 if they got the season pass and then saying to xbox one players, free downgrade? Hahaha! Better get back to installing the hour and a half game install then figure out we
dont have dedicated servers for the game you just spent $100.....

 

They do this as an incentive for 360 players to upgrade to the One,Once you have the one and you're paying top dollar for One games their work is done.It's not in their interest to give you free 360 games because they want you to be paying One game prices.It's
just business.

 

Well I paid for dedicated servers and ive already had 3 host migrations and almost every get I get into people have red bars.

 

Microsoft does NOT pay for upgrades.

 

@xEyebola this is not an incentive for 360's owners to go buy a xbox one. It feels more like why go buy an xbox one when you can still get the games for 360. I knew I should just have waited. They should have rewarded people going out getting their new system
when it was pointless getting it unless you just want some better graphics.

Microsoft and game developers don't give a hoot about all these complaints. You guys are the drips in a bucket of water. If it was a problem where the majority of people were experiencing their development errors then they will immediately do something about
it. These drips they don't care. You really think these people care about any of your problems. These forums are basically for venting and nothing else. I have yet to see anything productive happen from forum post. Again they will only help when its something
that the majority are experiencing problems. Complain away. have a nice day.
