Thanks for keeping us updated with your replies. The error code you received (0x803f8001) is normally associated with the Windows Store & apps running on a Windows 10 OS. As such, you may wish to try the solutions from the following forums thread
to see if this works for you as well: Error 0x803F8001
Window 10!!!!

You may also wish to try the troubleshooting available from our support article entitled Fix problems with apps from
Microsoft Store. Once you do so, then please make sure you have a stable internet connection and try to re-download Sea of Thieves.

Give the troubleshooting a try and let us know the results.

ye me not now i am getting more errors about some games

As I understand you are not getting the game pass pc, I also have some problems to download some games, not with Sea of Thieves, but with some gives the same error.
