Hey so these steps didn't work but still thanks for trying and I am not quite sure wich password you mean. I couldn't log myself in and the problem still exists.

So I can only change my password of the microsoft account and not the xbox one as I'm not logged in.

I sadly still have the problem and the website still keeps refreshing.

I also use the authenticator app if that changes anything.
