i cant dowload a xbox game from xbox.com to my pc

i wanna download a game i bought from my xbox but its not on the xbox app so i go to xbox.com and wanna dowload the game planet coaster with the extensions i bought but it says install to you own this i click it and it says install this content to youre xbox so why cant i download it?

Because Microsoft only sell console versions of Planet Coaster, whether it's Deluxe, premium, or Console Version. To play on PC, you need to buy from either Steam or Frontier (which is a Steam version anyway) as confirmed by the official planet Coaster site:

Just a friendly reminder though that the game Planet Coaster is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game which means that the license is for a specific device only and in this case, for an Xbox console.

This is why you're not able to install the game on your PC. The license is for Xbox.

There is methods for Xbox console but i have PC+ my issue is that i cant dowload the game

Dowloading games from game pass on my pc, ive got 18+ rated games already installed and now its saying i cant install others because the app doesnt understand what year people were born (im the only person on my account)
