    Something went wrong

    When signing in I get this error box saying "something went wrong". I get error code 0x800706ba but when I do a search on it, it comes back saying wrong error code. What is going on?

    When I go to sign in it pops up that something went wrong and gives me an error code 0x800706ba. What do I do to correct this?

    i had a horrible time trying to redem a code ,turns out it was due to an old subscription . i cslled xbox 1800469 9269, awesome lady took care of problems ,ritannia she was wonderful

    What error messages are you seeing and what troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix it? Have you tried a power cycle yet and removed any external hard drives?
