    I cant do anything multiplayer on Minecraft


    For the past month every time I try to play minecraft I can't connect to multiplayer. I cant go to marketplace or servers. It says I need internet connection even though I am connected to the internet.

    Hi. Please go to network settings, select your connection, configure network, additional settings and select "restore to factory defaults". After restoring, restart your console. You may get a message upon restart to set up a new wireless configuration.
    Please follow the on screen steps if this is the case. Otherwise if you are using wired, test your Xbox Live connection to make sure everything is ok. If everything is up and running, sign in. Please comment if this issue still persists or has been solved.
