I can't create an account for Xbox

Discus and support I can't create an account for Xbox in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Hi so yeah I got a game named Lost Planet 2 recently and it requires a Gamesforwindowslive account to play and save progress.     I can't create an account for Xbox


    Hi so yeah I got a game named Lost Planet 2 recently and it requires a Gamesforwindowslive account to play and save progress. So I clicked 'Create account', then it brought me to Xbox official site on my browser. And I filled up my email and my parent's
    email and stuff so I can create my account to play the game but what happened next is this.

    'We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.'

    I've tried this again and again but it's still the same result so please help I can't create an account for Xbox :(

    For a fix (which worked for me on fallout 3) all you need is windows live on the conputer, no login, anything but the application. Hope this helps ;3

    Sadly the game still requires an xbox acc in order to save progress in the game but thanks lol

    Maybe a hard reset can help.

    Hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable and wait for 5 min before plugging it back in.

    That might solve the problem
