Discus and support I can't create a new account, how can I actually create a new one? in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Every time I click on create new it sends me to this page with code on it.     I can't create a new account, how can I actually create a new one?


    Every time I click on create new it sends me to this page with code on it. When I try on my phone it makes me download a file but wont do anything. I've tried other methods like xbox live but the same thing happens, its fine if I want to log in but as soon as I click to create a new account it gives me that code.

    Try using the Edge browser and private mode. If you get an error while creating your account, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and try again.

    If the problem persists, try connecting your device to a different network. You could also try connecting from a smartphone using mobile data.

    Your account would only be banned if you do something on it to violate the code of conduct. Follow the rules and you won't have anything to worry about.
