    Parental code problems

    Hello !

    I forgot my xbox 360 parental code, it's not the first time. Normaly I would contact xbox support, but yesterday and today I can't do that, because I'm asked to fill in name & surname, but fields are grey without fill option !!!

    How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

    when I try to contact the xbox customer chat, I have this green button which allows me to connect. When I click it, I have three boxes to fulfill :

    Name

    Surname

    E-mail adress

    All the boxes are gray and I can't interact with them ... But only the e-mail adress relative to my account is fulfilled ... Which means I can't enter my name and surname. I tried to give the informations on my microsoft account but nothing does. And entering
    the name and surname is mandatory for the chat.
