I can't contact microsoft support

Discus and support I can't contact microsoft support in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; No matter what, I can't send my message to microsoft support.     No matter what, I can't send my message to microsoft support.

    My xbox account has been messed up for a month, all my friends are gone from my xbox.

    Anyone experiencing disc error?

    i would recommend contacting microsoft/xbox support and enquire your problem there.

    Hi there,

    please try the following steps

    1. Please check if you can log into xbox.com and check if you see your gamertag etc.

    2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

    3. Clear the console cache 3x, see this link for the how to:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    4. Turn the console off.

    5. Turn the console on.

    6. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) you might have to enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.

    Please follow the instructions on screen. Once done with the automatic stuff you'll be sent to a fellow gamer to help out. If it's account or billing related then ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate. Be sure to request escalation as some agents think that means releasing it
