I can't contact microsoft at all and they have a fake tracking code

I sent in a dysfunctional controller for repair and Microsoft told me that they sent it to me but it's been 2 weeks and nothing I tried using the tracking code but it's not valid I then called the delivery company to ask them about it turns out the tracking codes for UPS have 18 digits but microsoft sent me this [Mod Removed] 3451778234 to shut me up please. assist me I need that controller. Ps( isn't this illegal)

However, we have realized that this issue of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check what’s going on with your shipping transaction. Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
