I can´t connenct to X-box live, the console is showing this ...

Hey thanks for your help its al sorted now I've had t move it closer to the router.

I have one final question I'm keeping my old x box in the living room for Netflix etc as it still receives a wireless signal unlike the newest x box????

Can I use my profile with x box live accounts on both?

I have an x-box live account but even though it's showing my GamerTag, it still says I'm not connected to x-box live. I've checked and all of the other services are running fine except for x-box live. This has been happening since last week. It's probably
been about four days without no connection and I know that there's no problem with my internet connection. How can I check to see when I last renewed my x-box Gold subscription?

I am from Portugal and i have the exact same problem. I can´t download or install nothing in my console in a ''normal'' way. I have to reset the internet router many times or the console itself so i can be able to make the download and the installation.

To install Battlefield V (50Gb) it took me almost 2 complete days (everything working fine would take me like 50 minutes or 1 hour).

This applys to games, apps and updates. It keeps on stoping and the i can´t make it start again if i don´t reset the router or the console.

And i have a PS4 Pro right next to my X-BOX One X and it works fine like the X-BOX used to work.

This is from a guy that never had a X-BOX and i decide to buy one this year and after just 2 months this happens. It makes me really think because i have had lots of Playstation consoles during my lifetime and i have never had issues like this and issues
like the controller keeping discontenting at the point that sometimes i have to play with the cable connected to the X-BOX because other way i simply can´t play. And spending 500€ for this was not on my plans.

I never liked the idea of the console being vertical, doesn`t seem right somehow.

So my One X is staying horizontal and the stand is staying in the box.
