    I cant connect to xbox love but have internet connection...


    Hey guys, so im having trouble connecting to xbox live even though my internet is working fine on all my other devices. when i do a " Test xbox live connection" test it fails on xbox live, it connects to network and internet just fine. I havent changed anything
    and it has worked fine for the last 6 years? any help would be much appreciated

    Cant connect to the internet.

    When I sign in to Xbox I cant connect to the internet. I have done the Test Xbox Live Connection and it can find the wireless broadband but it then cant connect to the internet but my laptop can. Any help would be appreciated.

    Im testing my connection and it says i can connect to the network and also the internet but cant connect to xbox live ?

    Sorry to hear it. Are you connected via ethernet or wireless? If wireless try an ethernet connection.

    You should also try turning off the console and then power cycling the modem/router while the console is off. You would power cycle by unplugging the modem/router for 10 seconds.

    After the internet is back up and running turn your console on and hopefully it will connect again.

    Hey there Viper! Just to note, we don't officially support 3G networks. This means they have not been tested to work with your console and Xbox LIVE. That said, can you let us know exactly what error message and code you are seeing when you try to connect?
    Also, just so we can have more information, please reply back here with the answers to the bold questions found in this guide (forums.xbox.com/.../155724.aspx).
