I cant connect to xbox live

I can connect to Xbox live when it first comes on but as soon as i start playing a game it disconnects me and wont let me connect. Please Help

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

i sign in, i cant connect to xbox live. i run a test to see if i can connect to xbox live. the test states that i can connect to xbox live. i sign in again, and i get a message stating that i cant connect to xbox live. help please

Sorry you are having issues when trying to play online. Do you get an error codes when trying to reconnect? Also, is it a specific game that this happens with or is it any game that you try to play online?

Can you please try to clear the cache. System, Settings, Storage, Hover-over the hard drive and press (Y). Then, select Clear cache. Please do this three times. After that, please restart your console and Test your Xbox Live Connection. When doing so, please
