    I cant connect to xbox live


    My xbox is telling me that im not connected to xbox live but when i go to network settings in the console settings it says there that everything is in order and that im already connected to the internet. I have tried hard reseting my xbox multiple times
    and i have also tried reseting my router/modem. I have also tried running the troubleshooting and it tells me that everything is in order and that im already connected to internet
