I cant connect to xbox live

i cant connect to xbox live in network test after that it say you need to update to connect xbox live after i chose yes and update progress begin in after downloading update it say erore and show status code4099-4174-1381-0300-C800-0036) how can i fix
it pliz tell me???????

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

i sign in, i cant connect to xbox live. i run a test to see if i can connect to xbox live. the test states that i can connect to xbox live. i sign in again, and i get a message stating that i cant connect to xbox live. help please

i have cheeked my xbox360 serial but it say no enforcement action found??????

 

then i suggest you should contact xbox support

 

Phone support will not be able to help you; they can't see anything having to do with bans. Please post in
this forum for Enforcement actions to get a hold of the Enforcement Team and find out what is going on with your console.

Error code, C800-0036, indicate that the console has been tampered with or modified. This also means that the console has been banned from Xbox LIVE and can no longer connect to LIVE, install updates, or play games that require a console software update.

Solution

Unfortunately, this problem can’t be resolved, and you won’t be able to sign in or connect to Xbox Live. However, you can still play games offline. You have to physically disconnect your network cable or remove your Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter from the
console.

You can use the following steps to turn off the automatic sign-in so that you can play games offline. To turn off auto sign-in:

1. Restart your console.
2. Select No if you’re prompted to update your console software.
3. Press the Guide button on your controller.
4. Go to Settings, and then select Profile.
5. Select Sign-in Preferences.
6. Set Profile Auto Sign-in to “Off.”
7. Press B on your controller to return to the Xbox Dashboard.

Your console can now play your existing games offline. Any future attempts to sign in to Xbox Live or update your console software, however, will result in an error.

Meine fresse seit 2 Tagen bekommnt ihr es nicht auf die reihe das scheiß zeug bei xbox zu regeln weil ihr zu faul seit das zu machen gruß geb ich euch nicht

ich kann seid 2 tagen nicht mehr normal zocken, jede 5min. hauts mich aus xbox live raus!!! wann bekommt das xbox live team es endlich gebacken dass man ohne server probleme normal zocken kann?!! diese scheiße regt so auf, behebt das endlich meine fresse
