I can't connect to xbox live server in game

Discus and support I can't connect to xbox live server in game in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm play Horizon 3 on windows 10, single play is nothing problem but I can't connect to xbox live server to play online.     I can't connect to xbox live server in game


    I'm play Horizon 3 on windows 10, single play is nothing problem but I can't connect to xbox live server to play online.

    I think I'm not the teredo problem, I try all the method to solve in the xbox support web, include firewall, router etc. I dot't know how can I do now...

    I take 2 screenshot but the language is traditional chinese cause my location in Hong Kong.

    About meaning...

    Server ID : Failed

    Service quality: Failed

    Location: Failed

    Connected to Xbox Live but can't connect to game servers

    I'm connected to Xbox Live but can't connect to any game servers, when I try to go on a game and click Xbox Live it loads for a while and then says it can't connect to the game server. My Xbox Live subscription was also ending in 3 days so I renewed it but
    yet it's still not working. I tried resetting my modem and router as well. Don't know what to do, please help.

    I watched some videos of it and from what I've heard, you will NOT require a subscription/pay. That's why COD and Halo and most games don't charge for multiplayer service on Xbox. Because your Xbox Live Gold membership covers multiplayer on Xbox. But it
    will require you to be connected to Xbox Live and the game servers in order to play, you can't even play single player without an Xbox Live and game developers servers connection.

    Great now i need to be online to play offline

    XBOX servers are up and running according to the support page. Is it XBOX or EA that you can't connect to? If you can't connect to Live, call support and obtain help in restoring your connection. If EA servers are down, try disconnecting from Live completely
    and launching the single player campaign, I could have sworn I have played it offline before.
