I can't connect to Xbox Live (or support)

I can't sign in. When I do the automatic test of my xbox, it can get onto the internet, but not into xbox live. I've checked on here but the service says its fine. I've tried to contact support, but that is also having a blip and can't put me through to
a real person. Help?

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to your issue, are you using an Xbox One console or an Xbox 360 console? Additionally, when you have tried to Contact Xbox Support have you tied going through the website to do so? If so, and you are still
having an issue logging in, have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network? If you have not tried to
Contact Xbox Support through the website you will need to do so by following the link provided.

Try this:

Log into Support.Xbox.com
Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
Step 1: Click on Ask a Question
Step 2 : Select your Product
Step 3 : Select your Issue
- Select – Call me back

XBOX servers are up and running according to the support page. Is it XBOX or EA that you can't connect to? If you can't connect to Live, call support and obtain help in restoring your connection. If EA servers are down, try disconnecting from Live completely
and launching the single player campaign, I could have sworn I have played it offline before.
