    I cant connect to xbox live or manage my account


    it always says cannot connect test connection

    it says something about all gold members that changed their gamertags xbox live/gold aren't working and I didn't change my name and its doing this to me

    I cant sign into my account

    i cannot connect to xbox live. i live in ca anyone else having these problems. cant manage my accout download nuthin. wtf

    i still cant connect to xbox live, is something wrong with my account? Or is there still problems with xbox live?

    Have you tried to manage your account and see what is going on from
    commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub     if that doesn't work please contact Xbox Support by phone they should be able to figure out what is going on.
