I can't connect to Xbox live but I can connect to my internet, please help!!

I just ordered and received an Xbox from eBay. I already have one Xbox but my sister gets to keep that one and that Xbox is connected to Live so it is not our internet. I test my Xbox Live connection and it goes through and connects all the Way untill the
end. I've tried deleting the profile that I had to make (it won't let me download my actual profile because it won't connect to Xbox live...go figure). Then I've also cleared my cashe and that still dosnt work. alng with the Xbox I received a 250G hard drive
but the Xbox itself dosnt have any memory other than the "cloud". I have no clue what to do and I've been trying for two hits to fix this And I am beyond frustrated. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need help with Adapter and connecting to live!

My adapter has suddenly begun to blink green and i can not connect to the internet. I can connect to my network but i can't connect to live. I tested a wired connection and i can get on live just not on my wifi! Please help!

CAN NOT CONNECT MY INTERNET TO MY XBOX 360

I really need help I can't connect my internet to my Xbox 360 even sometime I could connected but my xbox didn't automatically connect to my internet and everytime I turn on my Xbox I have to do test connection to connect my home internet!! EMERGENCY
HELP I CAN NOT PLAY ANYTHING WITHOUT XBOX LIVE

Sorry to hear it. One of the biggest issues with purchasing used items from an online retailer such as Ebay or Amazon is that you don't know the past history of the console. It may be broken or banned.

What I would recommend is click the link below and enter in the serial number of the console to see if there was ever any enforcement action placed on it.

enforcement.xbox.com/.../ConsoleCheck

If there was then you'll need to contact the seller or Ebay to get your money back.

If there isn't then post back here to let us know.

I entered it in and it said they couldn't find anything on it because I must be connected to Xbox live, which brings me to my problem in the first place

Well I can sign into xbox live and I have a great connection but yet I lag. I went to the dashboard to see if the Internet is messing up. So I tested my xbox live connection and it says that I can't connect my network to the Internet but yet I can still
sign in. Please help with this problem. I don't like lag or it saying that when I can still connect after I do the test

Hi. Sorry for my bad english but i come from Poland. I have the same problem but i even can't connect my xbox360 to the internet. I deleted my prifle from xbox It's connecting with Wi-fi but not with internet and xbox live. So I can't download my profile.
I can;t log on my xbox live account on my nokia lumia. Please help me.

Thank you for reaching out to us, I have had the same issue. Now my issue was that it keeps saying please connect to the internet and I am connected to the internet. And my Xbox displays a message that says can't connect to Xbox Live. Now there could a number
of factors that can cause this.

1) Your Xbox Live subscription has expired if this is the case please contact: https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/browse/my-account/xbox-live-membership

2) Internet connection which has already being mentioned.

If you are connected to wireless please consider trying an Ethernet Cable.

it used to work in the past, I was playing and everything, I also paid for gold membership but seems I can't connect my xbox to the internet , I can't even do it, I mean atleast it should connect the xbox to the internet, not even xbox live, but xbox doesn't
connect to the internet, it always fails with that problem ID 80151901, please help me, I bought GTA 5 to play it online, and I got a crew waiting for me, please!

I'm having the same problem I can connect to the Internet but it will not connect to Xbox live. I used to be able to connect to Xbox live and now I can't I think it's my router.
