I cant connect to Xbox 360 Live or Download my Account to my Xbox 360 it says an Error ...

My error is that whenever I start a 360 game, I always have to wait the "Getting your xbox 360 info" message to load, after that, I can't download my profile because it says I cant connect live to xbox live. I live in Asia but I set my console in US.

FYI: after the 1st factory reset, I can still launch Dead Space, just not able to download my profile. But after the 2nd factory reset, after I cleared my xbox 360 storage like TheytoldmeBlitz told me, I had my current Dead Space issue.

Now, I try a lot of different ways but I can't connect live on my xbox 360 emulator.

I have the same problem except mine is a Xbox 360. And it'll say update but when I do press it it'll say downloading for a split second then it'll say error... So we cant connect to xbox live, or download apps or games. HELP

Id say he means on the emulator as I am having the exact same problem, was playing yesterday with no problems. Yet this afternoon go to play and “ cannot connect to xbox live “ on the 360 emulator ... a friend suggested removing my account and re downloading
it now i cannot re download my account onto the 360 and continuously get error code 807B01F4

I tried downloading my xbox 360 live account again on my 360 and it has been ages since I last tried to log in and still the same issue is it actually the 360 servers or my account i cant even play 360 on my xbox one please help i just want to use my 360 with my account
