I can't connect to Ubisoft. ....

Discus and support I can't connect to Ubisoft. .... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've had the game for more then a month now and I haven't been able to connect online, manage my fleet or use the companion app.....     I can't connect to Ubisoft. ....


    I've had the game for more then a month now and I haven't been able to connect online, manage my fleet or use the companion app..... It's put me off playing it because I know you need to the fleet mini game, so you can unlock more hidden treasure..... Meaning
    I won't be able to get all of the Achievements.

    I'm not the only one experiencing this problem and I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?

    No server connection

    It's Xbox. I can't play Destiny or connect to Ubisoft either.

    It´s saying ''Connecting to Ubisoft Servers''

    And I can´t even register my game. I bougth it yesterday but i can't play, it never connects , I waited 20 minutes

    I can't connect to Ubisoft. ....

    This is the exact problem I had, It happened to me for a full straight month too could not connect or play anything online or connect to uplay and had been contacting their support pages via facebook/ twitter and no help. So I went onto the website and submitted
    a problem through the website. Got a reply the next day and worked from there. It turned out that my Uplay account was not carried over to the Xbox One from the 360 so I could not verify it. After 4 days of emailing back and forth I had to submit a new email
    and they verified my account for me so my online started working. Go to the website and email them or if you want to get it sorted straight away ring their support line and they will probably do it. They will ask you for an email that has not been registered
    to a uplay account so have one ready.

    It did this to me too and I had to port forward my Xbox One to get it to work.

    Thanks for responding. To answer the first part, I have installed Ubisoft Connect over 20 times and it still says preparing even after logging into my Ubisoft Connect account that has been linked to my Xbox account for 6 years.

    Ubisoft Connect logs in and then nothing happens. Can't claim anything and it's stuck on "preparing" on Xbox.

    Why is the install button not working solely on Xbox Game Pass games that use Ubisoft Connect?

    I appreciate your efforts. If your Ubisoft account is linked to your correct Xbox profile, you should be able to download your Game Pass games directly from the Ubisoft Connect app.

    If you still can't install it from the Ubisoft connect app, I am afraid that the issue may have something to do with the Ubisoft connect app because only games from Ubisoft have this issue. I recommend that you report it or ask assistance from the Ubisoft Support team here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact
