I can't connect to the live services

Hey there! I need help. I was able to play my Xbox Game Pass games without a problem untill I changed my old router with a new one. Then a problem emerged and now I can't connect to the live services. Therefore I can't play Sea of Thieves and Forza Horizon 4 :< .

I tried almost all of the solutions online about Teredo and a bunch of stuff and on the settings it says I'm connected to the servers and the NAT type is open. still can't connect to the live services for online play tho. Any help is much appreciated. Have a good one.

Try putting your PC's IP in the DMZ zone, please. This will open whatever port the IP requests.

Xbox Live - PC

TCP: 53,80,3074
UDP: 53,88,500,3074,3544,4500

Thank you. I'm getting an error message saying nothing when I try to forward 53 and 3074 udp but it doesn't show up when I pick the 'both' option. Also I do need a static IP adress for it to work right?

Did you try to clean the MAC from the console or do a port forwarding? Even with NAT open it doesn't mean that all the ports that games or Live needs are open.
In console network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address you can clear the MAC

If the problem still persists ask your ISP to reset your router and place the console IP in your router's DMZ zone.
