I cant connect to the internet with an Almond router.

I'm using the correct Wi-Fi password, but I think I can't connect because my MAC number is filtered out.

does your router name show up in the settings to connect router? Has it ever connected before? Have you tried unplugging console and router for 5 mins replug and try again?? Have you tried Ethernet cord??

Sorry to hear it. It may be the router itself. Have you tried connecting directly to the modem?

is this the same for finding the ip address? i tried to use the router link and the page is no good. i cant connect to the internet on the xbox and it was just working.

i had problems with the update also but i reset my router and it worked. However i cant connect to the internet now and i keep getting 0x40000000000000000
