    I can't connect to the internet no matter what I do can someone help please?


    I am trying to play online games but i can't as it says there is no internet connection yet I'm connected to my internet i have tested the NAT connection and it says its unavailable or strict. I have tested the multiplayer connection and it says that it cant finish ad gives me the error (0x0000000000000000). Every other device in my house works fine i have tried restarting and power cycling both the console and my router and nothing seems to have made a difference. I have even tried plugging it in via an Ethernet cable directly to my router and it still doesn't work. No matter what i do it says its connected in settings but on the home page it still says "Connect to the Xbox network"

    When creating that new thread, please provide more information about your network setup. How is your console connecting to the internet? Wired or wireless? Do you have access to the router configuration, or is the WiFi provided by someone else (student dorm,
    apartment complex...)? What network hardware do you use, if you use your own router? What Internet Provider do you use?
