I CAN'T CONNECT TO THE FORUMS!!

I have had this trouble for 2 years and now I can't handle it anymore. I haven't been able to access the xbox forums at all. I've tried contacting support via phone or chat and all they tell me I will open a service request and they do and not even 1 day
later it gets closed! Someone please fix this! I don't know if this is the right section as I haven't been able to connect unless I make a new account.

Why can't I connect to the internet

The internet connection is perfect. Everything else works but not Microsoft Bingo. Can you fix it??

Hey there, Foety! Very sorry to see that you haven't been able to access the forums for so long on your other account! Could you post up the gamertag of that account you are unable to access the forums on? What error codes or messages do you see when you
are trying to access the forums? And does this happen when you hit forums.xbox.com, or only when trying to access specific forums?

This isn't a requirement, but do you happen to have any reference numbers (or Service Request numbers) that support might have given you? If you do, please send me that or those in a private message. You can send me a private message by hitting the envelope
at the bottom of my post.

Hopefully we can get you all sorted out! Post back what you can, and we'll start from there.

 

Misses Quinzel my gamertag is PE. And don't have any reference numbers. I was gonna try one more final thing to see if it will fix it. On sunday I am gonna try to move my xbox live profile to a new microsoft account and hope it fixes it. If not I will post
here again.

Those are actually known issues with the forums currently. We have the right teams working on it right now. If you refresh a few times, does it end up working for you?

 

No refreshing doesn't fix anything

 

Interesting! Thank you for trying for me! I'm wondering now if the MSA change took effect. Maybe that's what we're running into right now. Did you follow the steps to change your MSA as listed on our

Move Your Gamertag support page, or did you simply change aliases on our account site?

If you changed your alias, head over to account.live.com and sign in to your PE account. Once signed in, click on Manage aliases. Please let me know if the alias listed as your "primary alias" is the one
that you would it to be changed to, but please do not post the actual email. I do not want your privacy to be exposed, nor do I want that information.

If you changed it via the support page I posted above but it still hasn't switched over, you may need to
contact us via phone or chat support to see if they can help you get your MSA switched over fully. If you need to do this, and once you have confirmation, please post back here so that we can continue troubleshooting
your issue.

I really do appreciate your patience while work on this together! It's unfortunate that this has taken so long, but hopefully we'll have this resolved shortly.

 

It wouldn't let me Move my gamertag so i just made a new aliases and made it my primary one.

 

Thank you for the clarification, Foety! Did it give you a specific error when you tried to move it over, or was it because one of the things that normally block the move was blocking it (as listed on the support page above)? And is it showing as the primary
alias over on the account.live.com website now?
