There are solutions to your networking since you confirmed its all online games trying to connect and not your network connection.

Your detailed network settings will tell you what your current setup is, ie NAT, packet loss, etc. If you can't connect to xbox live that is going to be an issue either way.

We need more details on what you are seeing and using to connect before going any further.

Go into your settings and remove the account and keep games and apps

So when you follow the steps to check your multiplayer connection on your xbox one, the grey screen did not give you a possible 7 errors about your network only the message "try again. if that happens again etc etc etc" ?

Is that the only option you see after running the test?

Also, is this a wifi or wired connection you are running?

Have you tested your multiplayer connection to see if your issue is console wide or game specific yet?

If you need to rerun the Multiplayer Connection Test on your console to verify the specific error message you’re getting, follow these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Network.
5. Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.
6. On the right side of the Network settings screen, select Test multiplayer connection.
