    I can't connect to my xbox with my phone


    I don't know if this issue has been addressed before, but I am having a problem. My Xbox series S has the box checked for remote play. When I go to my app on my iPhone XR, it asks if I want to add a new Xbox, or a previous one. I click the previous one and it takes me through the steps to sync them together. However, my phone stays at the "Click Enable" Screen on my phone even after my Xbox goes through all of the steps. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I have hard reset my Xbox. I open the app again on my phone and it says "your remote feature hasn't been set up yet!" I don't know what is going on when I switched from my iPhone 7+ to XR. Can someone help or does remote play just not work on my phone??

    I think it may be tied more to the Xbox instead of the computer because I can't connect my phone to my Xbox either. I tried disabling the firewall and I still can't find my Xbox on my computer or phone.

    I think it may be tied more to the Xbox instead of the computer because I can't connect my phone to my Xbox either. I was previously able to connect without an ethernet cord months ago.

    Okay while I can't change the PC's network connection I did try using some of the limited phone data I had on my phone and was able to connect my Xbox to it and collect points from quests.

    So I've no idea what's really going on.
