I can't connect to my WiFi

Today I was playing but my WiFi turned off. When I turned it back on at that point my Xbox wasn't connected to my Network. I had to connect to it again but it won't work... It keeps telling me to unplug my Network, I did it several times but nothing happened.
I really need help. It's already been two and a half hours.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results.

Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should solve the issue for you.

I'm having the same problem. It works fine on my Xbox one but not my 360. Can't log in, can't connect to wifi, and it keeps saying it's my wifi, but it's connected and fine. They need to fix this
