I can't connect to my internet on Xbox one.

I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.

My wifi is on and it can see it but it can't connect to it

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as restarting your router/modem?

If that doesn't work, and you're using WiFi, I advise trying a LAN cable connection instead if possible. If the issue persists over LAN, or you can not use a LAN cable, you could test a different WiFi network such as a mobile hotspot to help diagnose this issue.

I got it connected. It was my wifi that had to be reset.
