I can't connect to my gf's Minecraft server, but they can join mine???

Please help, as this has been going on for a while. My gf has servers prepped for us to fool around in, but whenever I try joining hers, I am unable to connect. But when I have a server set up, she can join mine? I am confused.

Make sure on your 25565 ports UDP[/b] and TCP [/b]are open.

A firewall may be blocking access. Check to see if it allows connection to external ip's.

Make sure you are using your EXTERNAL ip address, as people cannot join otherwise

I can join my friend's Minecraft server when we are at same Wi-Fi, but we can't join each other when we are in different network (Wi-Fi)

Nah, it is not. It was an internet issue about dissconecting, but I'm sure that it is not about those servers I add. I got right ip good connection, but still can't join, like my minecraft didn't want to find them.

That's really strange, may I know if you tried using or creating temporarily a new world to see if the issue persists?

Or, sign with your account using another PC/device and test from there

Im on xbox one, and its only minecraft. The only error message is "failed to connect". Everything else works, just not minecraft. I can even join other worlds. People just cant join mine. Thanks for the reply.
