I can't connect to live because I can't change parents Microsoft account

So, after a month and a half, I finally figured out why this was happening. Apparently it was because I didn't have a parent account active.

I can't change my parent account because I can't access the My Account page.

I can't access the My Account page because I can't change my parent account.

Not to mention because my account classes as suspended from a payment being due. however I can't change my payment method because of the fact there is a payment due but the card it wants to use (my old one) no longer exists.

And because there is balance due on a suspended account I can't add xbox subscription time and to top it off I still have to use parental *** because I can't change my account to adult until my Xbox Live subscription is fixed.

*** microsoft a massive *** I will most certainly not be purchasing anymore xbox or other microsoft consoles.

I tried other browsers but it didn't help. I want to change settings in my xbox live account because in Forza Horizon 4 I can't see players's car designs. I get message like:"This function blocked in parental's control settigs". But I didnt set on this
setting and my parents didnt set on this setting because they dont have microsoft account.

I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

I have an Xbox Live account, but I can't get access to it because I put a passcode on it (Not parental control passcode, but a passcode for the Xbox Live account!), and unlike parental code passcodes, there are no questions for resetting. I can't remember it so what should I do?

If it's a Xbox home account sign in passcode you are talking about it should give you an option to sign in with your Microsoft account password after 4 failed sign in attempts
