I can't connect to Internet with my xbox elite

Hi!

I have 3 consoles in my house, and both xbox S and xbox X work great with my internet conexion. However, when I try my xbox elite my conexion is interminttent. It turns on and off in short periods of time, just the enought time to kick me out of the online
games. Even when I download updates or anything it goes much slower than my others xbox

It's still in guaranty, and I buyed it from Amazon. I don't want a new xbox, I just want that this one works as well as the others, but it's been imposible to get in contact with any of the support team to solve it.

How can I speak with someone to try and repair my xbox? i'm in Spain.

New Update: Can't connect to xbox live.

Can't connect either! Internet is working just fine. What is going on??? Got booted off Sniper Elite 3 with my buddy last night, and disconnected me from XBLive

cant connect with a static ip address

hi when i want to connect my internet to my xbox one when i enter my wifi password and try to connect it says can't connect with a static ip address

Hey Srta Matsusaka! Sorry to hear about the connection issues you've been running in to! Have you tried a wired connection with the elite console? If so, do you still experience the connection issues? Additionally, do you use the consoles one at a time or
simultaneously? Post back and let us know!

I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.

I have elite and this has been nothing but a nightmare in terms of connecting. I can't connect with my friends I can't party up, We can join each others games after they start but that's about it. It makes me sad because on top of this, I'm starting to wonder
why I got elite in the first place. I can't connect, and Elite kind of sucks right now. Hell, it's slower then my 56k back in the day.
