    Bonjour ca fais quelque jour que j'ai des difficulter a me connecter au service en ligne. Mais aussi un autre problème et plus grave ca fais 1 moi que je ne sais plus a me co sur battelfield et fifa, je ne paye pas pour rien, j'ai déjas téléphoner 1 fois
    au support j'aimerais que l'on me régle mon souci avec ma one svp

    Are you experiencing issues with any other games or just Battlefield 1? And do you get any specific error message or code (XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000) that you can provide us with?

    Having that info will help us best assist. I can't connect to battelfield 1 :)

    Could you be a bit more specific as to what code/content you're looking for at this point? If you're missing a code for the game and you purchased it via Amazon, you will need to reach out to Amazon Support for further assistance as we can only recover promotional
    tokens sent to you via Xbox Live Messages. If you are referring to in-game content, please check your game's 'Ready to Install' list that can be found via 'Manage Game' from your Battlefield 1 tile.
