I can't connect online

Discus and support I can't connect online in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I can't join xbox live either in wifi or in ethernet.     I can't connect online


    I can't join xbox live either in wifi or in ethernet. My nat is open, I have optical fiber, I'm a gold member but any of my account are able to plays online, to send/see messages and sometimes I can't connect to any profil ( try again in a while ). I'm lost
    help me please.

    I can't connect online

    When I try to connect online an error comes up with a code and it's my first time using this so I'm really confused. Please help!

    Have you tried hard restarting your xbox? Occasionally my xbox loses connectivity to the internet despite the fact that everything is wired and working fine from your internet provider. Turn of your xbox, unplug the power cord, wait 30 seconds, plug it back
    in, and turn it on. Good luck and hopefully as it has done with me it will reconnect and you should be ready to enjoy gaming again!

    did you check the router to make sure it's plugged in properly there? Or you could have a faulty ethernet cable, try a different one and see if that works.

    Same as roeje, there is no error message but I can't connect to online. I tested my network and multiplayer connection and it says everything is fine, but I can't sign in online. I got the update last night and everything worked fine when the update finished.
    Xbone and 360 games worked fine but I can't connect today.
