I can't connect online at Forza Horizon 2. Why???

I can't connect online at Forza Horizon 2. My NAT is open, but the game keeps saying
"it is not possible to enter the session. Check your connection and try again". I can play all the other games online without errors, but not in Forza. What I can do? I already send a lot of messages to forza support, but the problem is not
fixed.

The servers are still running. I contacted my friends and they can connect to the servers, but I'm not. This happens only at Forza.

When was the last time you played? I can't find information confirming, but the servers might not be running anymore. The game reached end of life status in September 2018 and was removed from the Microsoft store. It's possible the online servers were
shut down.

i can't play in multiplayer... when i enter a game (i try fifa 15 and forza horizon 2) i'm not connected ti Live but if i do a multiplayer test it say it's all ok... why? i have live gold not jet expired

Hello! I have the exact same issue, I can't connect to a live session in Forza Horizon 4. I have a VPN installed because of WFH, and I suspect that's why I can't connect for some reason. I use FortiCLient VPN 6.2.6.0951
