I can't connect my XBOX to the internet.

By this I mean that I can't connect from my computer;I had to put the TV in my room in the family room since it broke, and I had to connect to the new wireless network.

I know that I sound like a stupid kid but that is what I am.

Why can't I connect my xbox to the internet

so my xbox cannot connect to the internet. I've tried and tried to make it connect and it won't. if reset the modem a TON of times. I've made sure my password was correct. and I have no idea how to disable my wifi security, so that's not an option. please
get back to me soon, because I'm five seconds from destroying the xbox.

Sorry but I do not fully understand your question. Is the Xbox connecting to the internet okay, or are you having issues streaming games from your Xbox to your computer after moving it? Let us know as many details as possible so the community can assist.

I can't, it says that it's not connected to the internet. My xbox one is connected to the internet but when I try to play a 360 game on the xbox one it says that it can't connect to the internet.

- Error messages received : can't connect to the internet, can't connect to your DHCP server, can't connect to your wireless network, can't get an IP-address, DNS isn't resolving Xbox server names, there is a problem with your IP-address.

- Troubleshooting steps: All steps prescripted at the website of Xbox support such as unplugging the power of my modem for 30 seconds or 5 minutes, restarting my device, checking my internet connection again, plugging out the power of the Xbox Console and
so on...

- Yes, I have tried an ethernet connection and tried to power cycle the console and network hardware

The "funny" thing is that when I check my internet connection, it says that I am connected with the internet, but when I press on continue and try to log on to my profile, it is not possible...

I'm having the same issue. I was connecting fine with my modem and wireless router until yesterday. Now it picks up my network but can't connect to live. If I test my Xbox live connection....it connects to the network and Internet but not live. If I run
a static check it connects to the Internet. However if I do the Initial Setup....the Internet fails and says Blocked next to xbox live
