I cant connect My xbox one x wired connection

Hello there, there is few ways to get back your things to work .

1. Change your cable and check again if it is working than your issue is solved otherwise, go with step 2

2. If the xbox plug is not working and you are within the warrenty

Choose your Xbox and and find device support.

So you can get new xbox by claiming your warrenty.

3. If you don't have warrenty you need to do the step 2 but you need to pay for that fix 🔧.

4. Don't mess with xbox hardware.

If you do it's violate the warrenty.

I am connected to internet(wired) its the xboxlive connection, ( cant finish multiplayer tests) ....and troubleshooting was a waste of time, had I known of this issue, I would of never wasted my money on xbox-x

It’s an Xbox One X. I used a wired connection.

My xbox one x is hardwired and is already connected... its older xbox one that is wireless and cant connect... I would hardwire it but it's set up on other side of my place... other systems and devices connect to new wifi router no problem... its just
my old xbox cant connect to new wifi router

Tried connecting to wifi by wired connection it works but x box still wont connect wireless. Really need it wireless as dont have enough cable cant keep the x box in the hallway. Any other suggestions??
