    I can't connect my Microsoft account to Minecraft on PS5


    Hey so i've been trying to sign into my Microsoft account onto Minecraft on PS5 and it keep giving me a message that says its already connected to a different account, But i've never played Minecraft on PSN up until 3-4 days ago i don't know whats going on but if i could get help i would appreciate it very much

    Ps. i've already contacted Mojang support team and they redirected me to The Microsoft support team

    This message appears due to you already linked a Microsoft to your PSN account

    According to Minecraft PSN FAQ, once you link one account is not possible to link a different one.
    You can double check this here:

    I can't sign into my ps4 Microsoft account on minecraft.

    So I'm linked into the Ps5 account? And I'm not trying link another Microsoft account to my ps4, I'm trying to get into my Microsoft account that have my Email address linked to it.

    I just don't understand why minecraft Microsoft account can't be unlinked? I'll have to pay for another minecraft Microsoft account if I can't get my original email address that I've veen using.

    I saw some reports from other players about this.
    Could be a temporary issue with Minecraft servers

    How can I use cross-platform play in Ps4 Minecraft Dungeons?

    On Minecraft and Minecraft dungeons it says sign into Microsoft Account. I do it says to sigh into the account that’s already connected. And I did and it says the same thing to go back to the other account. I been trying since Christmas it’s impossible. I spend at lest 4 hours a day trying different ways to sign in on my ps5.
