I can't connect my game to xobox profile

I am not able to connect my xbox profile to my game, when i try, i see a little black windows and disappears very quickly.

I have no problem to sign in xbox.com, for game, i have try Forza motosport apex: 6 and solitaire, so yes all my game with a xbox account, on xbox apps, have a problem with "activity feed" > There was a problem loading this information. Try again later.

   2. In the Store, select Apps or Games.
   3. Search for the Xbox app, highlight it, and then click Download.
