I can't connect my account when lauch a game

Hello

I try to lauch games but when it asks to coonect to an account and I select mine a message appears "Resolve this issue on the web" A problem with your acount etc..."

Sea of Thieves connecting issue

Hello,

My girlfriend and I have an Issue trying to lauch Sea Of Thieves on computer.

I played alone first at the game with my account, then I told my girlfriend to buy It too.

She bought a gamepass access like I did and suscribed to a different account. We have now 2 accounts with 2 gamepass, on the same internet connexion.

And Here comes the problem, since she added sea of thieves on her computer, we can't connect to the game, we lauch it and we got the error saying that servers are unavailable. Moreover, we can't even connect on the support.seaofthieves pages, as if we got
a forbidden access to all of sea of thieves network.

Hope you can resolve this issue.

Battlefield 4. When i try to lauch the game. It just goes around with the sync message and i can't play the game
